| 2007-12-11 :: Ice & and Snow. |
|
During this winter season, PLEASE USE EXTREME CAUTION when driving and/or walking around the property. The day/night temperature swings that we are currently experiencing can result in the formation of [black] ice on the sidewalks and roadways. Again, please slow down, and use extreme caution when driving.
A reminder to all those
who park their car(s) on South Commons Court:
In the event that we receive a snow accumulation in excess of 2", please don’t forget to move your car(s) prior to the arrival of the snow removal service. While sometimes they make an attempt to
knock on homeowners’ doors before they start clearing the streets, it is not always
possible. As in the past, if the Association is charged twice
for the plow to return because your parked car prohibited the plow
from completing its work on the first visit, you may be
invoiced for the cost of the follow-up plow. |

| 2007-12-07 :: Fence Repairs Approved. |
|
| Following inspections by both ER James & the original fence contractor, fence repairs along the railroad tracks have been approved. In addition to the portion of fence that is currently down, several other areas of the fence have been identified as needing proactive attention as well. Repairs and reinforcement will commence asap, weather permitting. |

| At the Board's final meeting of the year last night, the 2008 Budget was formally approved. As a result, the 2008 payment coupon books are now in the process of being produced. Once the printing is completed, they will be immediately mailed out to you. |
